In our experience cleanliness of the home is perhaps the most important factor in generating repeat bookings and referrals.

Upon your guests departure the house will be cleaned. During this process a detailed report will be complied, highlighting any maintenance issues or damage incurred by the previous guests. We will inform you immediately of any problems.

1. Floors: Wash and/or vacuum throughout
2. Kitchen: Clean countertops, dust and wipe appliances, spot-clean cupboard fronts and wash floors.
3. Bathrooms: Spotlessly clean sinks, tubs, toilets and wipe counters.
4. All rooms: Clean and dust baseboards, pictures, lampshades, knick-knacks, windowsills, furniture, basic light fixtures, and vacuum floors.

 

Upon departure our staff will perform the following tasks:

All rooms

· Sweep and mop or vacuum depending on floor surface

· Dust surfaces

· Dust base boards

· Clean sliding glass doors

· Tidy soft furnishings

Bedrooms

· Strip all bedding

· Wash and dry linens

· Make up all beds

Bathrooms

· Wash and dry towels

· Hang and/or put towels in closets

· Spotlessly clean pedestals, tubs and showers.

· Clean counter tops and polish faucets

· Clean mirrors and shower glass

Kitchen

· Empty Trash

· Empty and clean fridge

· Commence dish washer cycle

· Empty dishwasher

· Commence self clean oven program

· Clean stove top

· Clean counter tops and sinks.

· Wipe cabinet fronts

• Check under the beds and in cupboards and drawers

• Vacuum inside cupboards

• Tidy linen and towels in closets
