Since 2003 Gulf Coast Property Care has been providing quality property management to vacation home owners in Sarasota and Manatee County.

We differ from other property management companies in two distinct areas.

1. We do not subcontract the monthly maintenance work carried out on our homes. Every aspect, from the pool cleaning, through to the yard work and onto to the pre/post guests cleaning is undertaken by Gulf Coast Staff. This allows my employees to build a relationship and familiarity with the homes, which becomes very important when you have a high guest turnover. Our staff regularly attend refresher training courses on pool maintenance and landscaping. Our house-keepers have worked in the industry for many years and are extremely proficient in their work. As a result of this ethos, property owners can be assured that their property is looked after in a professional and efficient manner, which will result in repeat bookings and referrals. Even if you do not need to rent your property, when you employ Gulf Coast you can be assured that every aspect of foreign home ownership is handled by a reliable company.

2. As our income is derived primarily from the care of your home we do not charge commissions on homeowner bookings, This allows us to be very competitive when dealing with individuals and tour operators on either side of the Atlantic. Proactive owners who control their own marketing can successfully rent their villas, very often in excess of 40 weeks per year. I am very aware that some owners do not have the time to invest in managing their own booking schedule and would like a management service that provides this service. We do offer this service and are able to provide some bookings. Typically owners who allow us to manage their bookings see 20 weeks booked per year. These bookings are derived from tour operators, individuals and a healthy 'snow bird' program. Whatever your circumstances, I am sure we will have a program to suit your needs.

Management companies are often criticized for overstretching their recourses, which results in, poor service, poor communication and a general impression of disorganization. At Gulf Coast we are committed to outstanding service and have over the last three years have steadily increased our staffing levels to accommodate demand.
